Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Engineer in the Cork region. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex VC-related issues for paid services and conferencing solutions, with occasional cross-support on enterprise software like Zoom and MS Teams.

Healthy communication with customers via phone, email or video calls is essential, along with collaboration with ITDMs to maintain conference spaces and deployments. This role offers career growth in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of video conferencing and AV products.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.
• Expert-level familiarity with Zoom, MS Teams and Google Meet.
• Strong networking and operating system knowledge.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS devices is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support; 2+ years VC troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electronic and Communication Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technically complex support issues reported by customers or teammates.
• Maintain clear, concise, and positive communication for all cases with timely follow-up.
• Own the technical relationship with customers and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with engineers to address bugs, compatibility, and other issues.
• Provide feedback on trends and new issues.
• Assist with knowledge base documentation and training materials.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience meeting SLAs.
• Be compassionate, respectful and honest.
