Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Service Delivery Manager, BCO, or Digital Transformation Lead in customer service.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformations in a global CX environment.
• Experience with high-volume, B2C consumer models and complex CX tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Define the 3–5 year roadmap for our CX platforms and capabilities.
• Bridge tech strategy with the contact center floor to translate goals into features for agents.
• Own and prioritize the capability backlog, balancing ops excellence with next-gen CX tech.
• Define and track business value/ROI of CX investments (CSAT, NPS, efficiency).
• Partner with the Technology Lead to deliver scalable, secure CX solutions and governance.
