The ideal candidate has over 5 years in writing microcopy, is a native English speaker, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, three days a week at the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in writing microcopy and Help Center content.
• Write in mother-tongue English.
• Strong ability to adapt writing tone and voice.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all content needs for the product pillar.
• Create concise, clear, and helpful microcopy.
• Write Help Center articles including how-to’s, tutorials, and best practices.
