Job summary

Gong in Dublin is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Communications Capture team in our Dublin R&D hub. Lead and expand a growing team of backend and frontend engineers, shaping roadmaps with Product Managers and delivering scalable data pipelines that power Gong's products.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural excellence, and design long-term solutions impacting our platform and customers, while fostering a culture of growth and high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and growing software teams.
• Senior software engineering background in large-scale cloud applications.
• Strong Java proficiency and related frameworks.
• Degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in project management and leadership.
