The Comms Capture team is responsible for Gong's core data pipelines that ingest and capture customer interactions from emails, calendars, calls, and texts, forming the basis for Gong's products. As the Manager, you will lead and expand a growing team of backend and frontend engineers, collaborate with Product Managers to shape the roadmap, and design long-term technical

• Must have experience leading and developing growing teams.
• Proven industry experience as a Senior software engineer.
• Strong background in large-scale, cloud-based web applications.
• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
• Degree in computer science or related field preferred.
