Job summary

The Recruitment Company is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a 6-month contract based in Central Dublin, onsite five days a week. The role offers up to €425 per day and involves shaping user experiences for a large fintech application suite.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, end users and cross-functional teams to translate user needs into intuitive design solutions, combining research and design work in an Agile environment. Fintech domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, ideally at Senior level.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design solutions.
• Strong skills in user journeys, wireframing, prototyping and interaction design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, end users and development teams to understand user needs and translate requirements into intuitive digital experiences.
• Deliver user-centred design solutions balancing user needs with business objectives and technical considerations.
• Work with a team of BAs and designers in an Agile environment.
