Job summary

The Recruitment Company is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a 6-month contract in central Dublin. The role is onsite five days a week with a daily rate up to €425.

You will work on a large fintech-related suite and collaborate with business stakeholders, end users and development teams to design user-centred solutions. The position combines design and research work, requiring strong communication, stakeholder management and balance between user needs and business/technical goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, ideally at Senior level, with strong capabilities across both UX research and design.
• Experience conducting user research, gathering requirements, analysing user needs and translating findings into practical design solutions.
• Strong skills in user journeys, wireframing, prototyping and interaction design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business teams, end users and developers.
• Experience working within an Agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design and development lifecycle.
• Previous experience within financial services, fintech or a digital product environment would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders, end users and development teams to understand user needs and translate requirements into intuitive digital experiences.
• Deliver user-centred design solutions balancing user needs with business objectives and technical considerations.
• Collaborate day-to-day with a team of BAs and designers on design and research activities.
