Accenture’s The Dock in Dublin is seeking a Senior UX Designer (Associate Manager) to craft human‑centered digital experiences with product teams, researchers, engineers and data scientists. You will drive discovery through implementation, applying UX principles and prototyping across multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid Dublin setting.

You will champion accessibility, usability and inclusive design while exploring AI-enabled solutions and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in UX/Product design
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered design thinking
• Experience shaping digital products from discovery to implementation
• Ability to work across discovery, concept, interaction, prototyping and implementation
• Experience in agile, multidisciplinary teams with diverse stakeholders
• Strong communication and storytelling to engage stakeholders
• Experience exploring Generative AI and accessible design principles

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences from user and business needs to wires, flows, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions
• Conduct and translate user research into concepts and design recommendations
• Lead workshops and design reviews, communicating rationale and incorporating feedback
• Partner with development teams to ensure quality implementation and consistency across experiences
• Explore AI-powered product ideas and ensure accessibility and usability are prioritized
• Contribute to the design practice through knowledge sharing and collaboration
