Go Fractional is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to lead design work across a high-scope product area in a hybrid Dublin office. You’ll guide design from concept to development and collaborate with teams in Dublin and Los Angeles to create cohesive, player-centric experiences.

You bring 4+ years of UX design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch and Unity. This 12-month contract offers a chance to shape live-service features.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience designing digital experiences as a UX/Interaction Designer.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch or similar tools.
• Portfolio of work required as part of the application.

Responsibilities

• Design work in a high-scope product area that is complex and ambiguous.
• Apply design thinking to ensure experiential continuity across platforms.
• Collaborate with other designers to move from concept through development.
• Work across Dublin and Los Angeles timezones.
• Deliver artifacts like journey maps, flows, wireframes, prototypes.
• Ensure experiential quality end-to-end across features.
