Job summary

The Recruitment Company is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a 6-month contract in central Dublin. The role is onsite five days a week with a daily rate up to €425.

You will work on a large fintech-related suite and collaborate with business stakeholders, end users and development teams to design user-centred solutions. The position combines design and research work, requiring strong communication, stakeholder management and balance between user needs and business/technical goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, ideally at Senior level, with strong capabilities across both UX research and design.
• Experience conducting user research, gathering requirements, analysing user needs and translating findings into practical design solutions.
• Strong skills in user journeys, wireframing, prototyping and interaction design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business teams, end users and developers.
• Experience working within an Agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design and development lifecycle.
• Previous experience within financial services, fintech or a digital product environment would be highly advantageous.

Senior UX Designer required for a long term contracting role with an international technology business. You will work on a very large suite of fintect applications, there's a very high chance that you've already used one of these apps!

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, end users and development teams to understand user needs, translate requirements into intuitive digital experiences, and deliver user-centred design solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside the ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical considerations. The role is a combination of design and research based work, you'll work closely with a team of BAs and designers day to day.
