Job summary

Cpl Group in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join a growing design team on an initial 6-month contract. The role involves shaping user experiences across a portfolio of complex enterprise products, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering stakeholders.

You will influence direction early in the product lifecycle, work on challenging problems, and contribute to the evolution of large-scale software platforms used across technical environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design or UX/UI Design.
• Experience with complex B2B or enterprise software is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Figma and established design systems.
• Able to influence stakeholders across product and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from research through to delivery.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to shape solutions.
• Design intuitive experiences balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

We're partnered with a global software organisation seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join their growing design team on an initial 6-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to work across a portfolio of complex enterprise products, helping shape user experiences from discovery through to delivery while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering stakeholders.

As part of a highly experienced design function, you'll be working on challenging product problems, influencing direction at an early stage, and contributing to the evolution of products used across large-scale technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across a range of initiatives, from research and problem definition through to detailed design and handoff.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to shape solutions and drive user-centred outcomes.
• Design intuitive, high-quality experiences that balance user needs, business goals and technical requirements.
• Contribute to complex workflow, platform and connected-product experiences within a broader software ecosystem.
• Create polished, accessible interfaces aligned with established design systems and best practices.
• Support design reviews and collaborate with other designers to continuously raise quality across the team.

About You

• 7+ years' experience in Product Design, UX Design or UX/UI Design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and excellent execution.
• Experience working on complex B2B or enterprise software products.
• Exposure to platform, integration, connected-product or workflow-driven experiences would be highly beneficial.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design and user-centred design principles.
• Proficiency with Figma and experience working within established design systems.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across product and engineering functions.
