Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Treasury & Capital Markets to join a major treasury transformation programme. The role focuses on enhancing a core Treasury Management System and related processes, working with business stakeholders, SMEs, and tech partners to gather requirements and deliver strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings extensive BA experience in financial services, deep treasury knowledge, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of capital markets products and business processes.
• Experience in treasury, banking, asset management or related financial environments.
• Knowledge of treasury products, loans and deposits, and trade lifecycle.
• Experience with front-to-back office operations including deal capture, confirmations, settlements, and SWIFT.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across treasury and capital markets workstreams.
• Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Document and translate requirements into detailed functional specs.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure correct delivery.
• Support data analysis, data modeling and interface requirements.
• Define system integration and interface specifications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery.
