Job summary

Treasurers in Ireland is seeking an experienced Treasury Transformation Manager for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to drive change across treasury systems, processes, controls and operating model improvements. You will shape capabilities aligned to finance transformation goals in a collaborative, multi‑region setting.

The role requires 5+ years in treasury or finance transformation, strong stakeholder influence, advanced Excel skills and experience with complex governance.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years’ experience in treasury, finance transformation or treasury operations.
• Strong understanding of cash management, payments, banking systems and forecasting.
• Experience supporting systems implementations or operating model change.
• Knowledge of treasury controls, governance and SOX/ICFR environments.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury transformation workstreams across systems, data, processes, reporting and controls.
• Support improvements to in‑house banking, liquidity structures and operating models.
• Facilitate workshops to define future‑state treasury processes and solutions.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment, training and post‑implementation support for treasury changes.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, Operations, audit and banking providers for integrations and continuous improvement.

Treasury Transformation Manager (12 month FTC)

Our client, a global corporate whose treasury is headquartered in Ireland, is seeking an experienced Treasury Transformation Manager. Your goal in this 12 month FTC is to support a wide-ranging treasury change agenda across systems, processes, controls and operating model improvement. This role sits within a collaborative, internationally dispersed finance environment and will play a key part in shaping future treasury capabilities aligned to wider finance transformation goals. The Treasury Transformation Manager will help drive scalable change, strengthen governance, and improve operational efficiency across a complex, multi-region business. Responsibilities:

• Lead treasury transformation workstreams across systems and data, process and reporting, organisation and people, and controls
• Support improvements to in-house banking, virtual account liquidity structures, and broader treasury operating models
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative forums to define future-state treasury processes, requirements and solutions
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing, deployment activity, training and post-implementation support for treasury change initiatives
• Partner with Finance, Technology, Operations, audit and banking providers to deliver integrations, infrastructure changes and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Min 5 years’ experience in treasury, finance transformation or treasury operations
• Strong understanding of treasury activities including cash management, payment processes, banking systems and forecasting
• Experience supporting systems implementations, operating model change or wider transformation programmes
• Knowledge of treasury controls, governance, and working within SOX / ICFR regulated environments
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across cross‑functional teams
