Job summary

Personio is seeking a Testing Platform Engineer - Developer Experience (d/f/m) to elevate our end-to-end testing and developer experience. This hands-on senior role combines coding, system design, and mentoring across teams in Munich or Dublin, with a 2-day-a-week office requirement.

You will own the testing infrastructure, collaborate with product and engineering, and help raise quality standards, observability, and incident readiness, while contributing to strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Typescript and writing high quality tests with Playwright.
• Experience building testing infrastructure or frameworks.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities; excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of end-to-end testing infrastructure with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain testing infrastructure and centralized observability tools.
• Raise quality practices through documentation, sessions, and training.
• Own estimation, scoping, and planning of testing initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and drive a culture of collaboration and improvement.
