Job summary

MDM Technology is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer II to help build robust software through automated and manual testing across web and API layers in a hybrid Dublin environment. The role emphasizes test design, data validation and collaboration with development and product teams to sustain rapid delivery.

You will develop and maintain test artefacts, execute diverse testing types, and contribute to quality metrics and process improvements using AI-assisted and traditional testing methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test strategies, plans, cases, data and traceability for new features and fixes.
• Write and maintain automated tests for web apps, REST APIs and data-validation workflows.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and release validation.
• Perform manual functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing where needed.
• Analyze quality metrics and drive root-cause analysis to improve processes.
