Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Senior Test Analyst for a Life & Pensions programme in Ireland. The role focuses on testing across policy administration, claims, pensions, and related platforms, with strong collaboration across business and tech teams.

You will create and execute test scripts, manage data and environments, and drive defects to resolution in a mostly remote, six-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience as a Test Analyst within enterprise environments.
• Strong Life Insurance and/or Pensions industry experience.
• Experience working on policy administration, claims, pensions, or related financial services platforms.
• Familiarity with AS400, Life400, or similar legacy insurance systems is highly desirable.

A leading Irish Life & Pensions organisation is embarking on a major multi-year programme of change, focused on launching new products, modernising core systems, and enhancing customer experience across critical business platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-sufficient Test Analyst with strong Life & Pensions domain expertise to play a key role in delivering complex business and technology initiatives.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring quality throughout the full testing lifecycle while contributing to high-profile projects that will shape the future of the organisation.
