Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Services & Energy Manager to oversee technical services, maintenance, energy management and project works at a prestigious client site in Dublin City Centre.

This senior, hands-on role requires a strong background in facilities management, building services and team leadership, ensuring safe, efficient delivery in line with all contractual and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or relevant technical discipline.
• Significant experience managing technical services within a fast-paced facilities management environment.
• Experience delivering small/medium project works in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• IOSH or NEBOSH health and safety qualification.
• Strong knowledge of building services including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, BMS and building fabric.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of hard facilities management including maintenance and energy management.
• Ensure statutory and mandatory compliance across technical services, maintenance and projects.
• Develop and coach a high-performing technical team with performance management.
• Oversee contractors across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, BMS and building fabric services.
• Manage small/medium projects: surveys, quotes, repairs, variations, budgets, delivery.
• Maintain asset registers, CAFM data, PPM schedules and lifecycle plans.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; drive continuous improvements.
• Maintain client relationships with reporting, meetings and service management.
• Ensure health and safety policies, risk assessments and permit-to-work procedures.
