Job summary

PFH Technology are seeking a senior Programme Manager to join our growing Project Management Office in Dublin. You will lead complex programmes across multiple projects and workstreams, owning mobilisation through to closure, with strong governance and executive reporting.

You'll govern scope, schedules and quality, manage stakeholders at senior levels and drive delivery across Infrastructure, Cloud, Microsoft, Digital Workspace and Enterprise Transformation programmes. Hybrid Dublin location.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-project programmes in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong programme planning, governance, RAID management and dependency-management capability.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and executive-level communications.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive decisions through formal governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programmes across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Define programme objectives, scope, delivery approach, milestones, success criteria and outcomes.
• Own integrated programme plans, schedules, dependencies, constraints and critical-path activity.
• Establish and maintain programme governance, including steering groups and reporting cadence.
• Provide concise executive updates covering progress, risks, issues and decisions.
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers and governance records.
• Act as senior delivery contact for customers, sponsors and internal teams.
• Coordinate resource demand and prioritisation across project teams and third parties.
• Lead customer governance meetings, programme reviews and escalation discussions.
