Qualifications

• Technical Product Manager with principal PM-T or platform PM experience.
• Deep understanding of software engineering and APIs.
• Experience leading across multiple engineering teams.
• Proven ability to drive prioritisation in matrixed organisations.
• Strong platform strategy and portfolio management knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills.
• Data-driven decision making with analytical thinking.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and independent work.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, shape, and prioritise product and technology investments.
• Lead portfolio intake activities and dependency analysis.
• Evolve the platform capability model to align with strategy.
• Identify opportunities for platform reuse and simplification.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure scalable, operable platform.
• Provide transparency of priorities, dependencies, and roadmaps.
• Advise leaders on platform investment decisions.
• Ensure cross-domain planning with delivery pods.
• Promote adoption of platform capabilities across stakeholders.
• Facilitate trade-offs, risks, and investment decisions.
• Develop governance processes to improve portfolio execution.
• Translate technical concepts for senior leadership.
