Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Technical Services & Energy Manager to oversee delivery of technical services, maintenance, energy management and projects at a client site in Dublin City Centre.

This senior role requires a technically qualified professional with facilities management background; you will lead a team, ensure compliance, drive energy efficiency, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related technical discipline.
• Significant experience managing technical services in fast-paced FM environments.
• Experience delivering small/medium projects per regulations and procedures.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• IOSH or NEBOSH health and safety qualification.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hard facilities management, maintenance, ops and energy management.
• Ensure statutory and mandatory compliance across technical services and projects.
• Develop and coach a high-performing technical team and manage performance.
• Oversee contractors across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, BMS and fabric services.
• Manage small/medium projects: surveys, quotes, repairs, variations, budgets, delivery.
• Maintain asset registers, CAFM data, and PPM schedules.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, drive improvements and reporting.
• Maintain client relationships through regular communication and reporting.
