Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking a Principal Systems Analyst in Galway, Ireland. The role blends hands-on systems analysis, product delivery, strategic planning, and people management, within a fast-paced financial services environment.

You will lead a team of Senior Systems Analysts, shape the delivery roadmap, and collaborate with across departments to translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Product Management.
• Strong financial services industry experience, ideally within investment management or wealth management.
• Proven experience delivering and supporting large, complex products and solutions.
• Strong experience translating strategic objectives into actionable product and delivery plans.
• Previous people management, coaching, mentoring, and team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira, particularly from a planning and delivery perspective.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organization, and presentation skills.
