Job summary

Egis Group seeks aSenior Structural Engineer to join our Water Services team. You will lead structural designs for water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Ireland, delivering feasibility through construction support.

Hybrid work from Dublin, Castlebar, Limerick or Cork is available, with strong emphasis on safe, high‑quality outputs. You will mentor colleagues, manage design teams, and coordinate with clients, regulators and contractors to ensure timely delivery and value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status (or close to chartership).
• Minimum 8–10 years in structural engineering.
• Proven water/wastewater project delivery experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for water and wastewater projects.
• Deliver feasibility, concept and detailed designs.
• Prepare calculations, reports, drawings and tender docs.
• Mentor junior engineers and support bid activities.
• Coordinate interfaces with other disciplines for integrated design.
