Avista in Dublin seeks a Senior Speech & Language Therapist to join the Children’s Disability Network Team in Blakestown. The role is a specified purpose, full-time contract (35 hours per week) and involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team for 0-18 year olds with complex needs.
You will provide assessment and intervention in SLT, collaborate with families in a family-centred model, and ensure high quality services across our Dublin services.

The Children and Young People’s Service within Avista provide interdisciplinary team supports, residential, family support and education services to 0-18 year old Children and Young People with complex needs and their families. This post is being recruited for the Children’s Disability Network Team:Blakestown. The successful candidate is required to work as part of an Interdisciplinary Team that provide services to 0-18 year old children and young persons with complex needs. The candidates are also required to work in partnership with families within a family centred model.
Avista has 3 Children and Young People Disability Network Teams and the candidate may be required to work across any these 3 teams if and when the need arises.
Applicants must possess Level 2 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework, which may be found underneath the Job Description.
