Job summary

Feedzai seeks a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive the sale of its RiskOps platform to major financial institutions. You will partner with the sales team to analyze client needs and demonstrate how capabilities meet business and technical requirements, bridging to product and development when needed.

You will lead RFP responses, craft tailored value-driven proposals, and coordinate with product and delivery to ensure the right staffing and market insights across Europe.

Qualifications

• BS or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience as Solutions Consultant in complex environments.
• Proven experience in the Financial Services industry - Identity Solutions.
• Experience at a growth-stage Enterprise software SaaS company.
• Ability to understand and determine client needs and how Feedzai’s products fit.
• Strong business acumen with executive presence and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% - remote role with travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide product demonstrations and lead technical sales discussions across Europe, remote and onsite.
• Lead tailored value-driven pitches focused on identity and market-to-technology messaging.
• Understand client business needs and design solution architectures to address them.
• Manage formal tenders (RFPs/RFIs) and proposals throughout the sales cycle.
• Build formal proposals and own their lifecycle from inception to closure.
• Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to ensure staffing and share market insights.
