Sony Interactive Entertainment Ireland seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to shape the technical approach for employee technology services, moving from reactive support to predictive, self-healing automation.

You will lead cross‑platform integration across ServiceNow, Moveworks, Jira, Slack, and more, define reference patterns, and mentor engineers while aligning designs with security and enterprise standards.

Formación

• Experience delivering enterprise integrations across multiple teams.
• Sound architecture decisions from concept through production operation.
• Knowledge of APIs, scripting, security controls, reliability, and operational design.
• Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to engineering, ops, platform, and business stakeholders.
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience guiding multi-platform engineering without formal line management authority.
• Ability to assess AI-enabled automation for safety and value.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross‑platform discovery and define target architectures and integration options.
• Design the flow from service signals through detection, diagnosis, remediation, escalation, and outcomes.
• Set reusable standards for APIs, identity, data handling, observability, testing, and ownership.
• Assess build vs buy options and emerging AI capabilities against value, security, and supportability.
• Define integration patterns across ServiceNow, Moveworks, Jira, Slack, Nexthink, Jamf, Intune, and related services.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the employee technology roadmap.
