Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Solution Architecture or a senior technical leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience as the primary technical authority within complex client-facing IT programmes.
• Proven delivery of architecture inputs - HLD/LLD and compliance artefacts in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Deep working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks at programme scale.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of technical authority for the client project team.
• Lead architectural input across high-level and low-level design phases.
• Act as the primary technical authority within the project team and guide architecture decisions.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and embed architectural considerations in delivery cycles.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Govern prioritisation aligning goals with architectural constraints.
• Define and enforce validation, testing, and QA standards across the programme.
• Produce and approve architecture documents and artefacts.
• Mentor project team members and uphold architectural discipline.
• Represent architecture in governance forums and steering committees.
