Job summary

EY Ireland is recruiting a senior Solution/Platform Architect within Technology Strategy & Transformation. You will lead architecture decisions, guide platform selection, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy while working across ERP, CRM, ITSM, and integration domains.

You will partner with sponsors and leadership, translate business needs into technical designs, and mentor teams to deliver high-impact technology programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience with 3+ years as a solution architect or platform architect.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and manage progress.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to programme sponsors and technology leadership.
• Provide architecture leadership across enterprise applications platforms like ERP, CRM, ITSM, integration and related platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications ensuring architecture decisions align with enterprise strategy.
• Guide platform selection, implementation strategy, migration approaches and integration models.
• Ensure configuration and customization decisions minimize technical debt and preserve upgradeability.
• Define logical, application, integration, data, and deployment architectures.
• Produce architecture artefacts including solution blueprints and diagrams.
• Develop industry and technology Thought Leadership within EY Technology Consulting.
