Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Ireland is seeking an experienced Architect to lead multidisciplinary projects and take ownership of design delivery. The role requires managing timelines, coordinating consultants, and liaising with clients to ensure compliance with regulations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong project management, stakeholder communication, and the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations, Planning requirements and BCAR processes.
• RIAI Registered Architect, eligible for registration or progressing towards registration.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Experience leading meetings and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects through various design stages.
• Chair design team meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants.
• Drive projects forward independently with minimal supervision.
• Oversee day-to-day project delivery, including timelines and resourcing.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
