Job summary

Salesforce Fin security engineering team is transforming customer service security for AI-powered products. Lead tier-zero security capabilities, design auth/SAML/SSO features, and shape secure development practices across Fin’s AI-first security initiatives.

You will partner with engineering, own security tooling and incident response, and help integrate AI-powered product security into scalable, trusted customer experiences. This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Proven application/security or security engineering experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong software engineering skills with production systems experience.
• Deep understanding of modern security threats and secure development practices.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, identity, or enterprise security capabilities.
• Experience conducting architecture reviews and security assessments.

Responsibilities

• Own tier-zero security capabilities and secure deployment for customers.
• Design and evolve customer-facing security features (auth, SSO, permissions, auditing).
• Partner with engineering across the SDLC to build secure products.
• Perform threat modelling and security assessments for new features.
• Lead security incident response, investigations, and remediation efforts.
• Build automation and developer-facing security building blocks.
• Drive secure development standards and best practices across Fin.
