Job summary

Archer Recruitment is assisting a global insurance organisation in Dublin with a Senior Software Engineer role focused on backend and AI agent systems. The contract is long-term with high extension potential, offering a daily rate of up to €600 and an opportunity to own a greenfield project.

You will design, build and deploy AI agents in an Azure-based environment, develop RAG pipelines, and shape evaluation metrics for LLM-driven solutions within a startup-style team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or AI engineering.
• A2A and RAG experience required.
• Experience in startup environments is desirable.
