Job summary

European Tech Recruit is seeking an embedded software engineer with a strong focus on device driver development at the hardware/software interface. The role involves developing and supporting low-level drivers for hardware control, collaborating with hardware designers, and writing C code with Python tooling for automation.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in embedded software and experience with Bootloader, RTOS, or Zephyr.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of embedded software development experience.
• Experience with Bootloader, RTOS and/or Zephyr.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support low-level device drivers that directly control hardware.
• Collaborate with hardware designers to optimize hardware/software interfaces on mobile SoC platforms.
• Write software primarily in C and build automation tooling in Python.
