PayPal seeks a senior leader to drive growth across the in-market SMB organisation and manage the Account Management team. You will set growth standards and lead complex initiatives to scale managed-book growth while partnering with global teams to adopt best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience managing account-management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Account Managers against clear commercial outcomes.
• Master the use of AI to assess growth and retention opportunity across the book.
• Partner with Partner, Vendor, Product and other cross-functional teams to remove barriers and improve merchant outcomes.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the team's motions and act with focused business or process improvements.
