Job summary

Merative is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team in Dublin, Ireland. The role blends software engineering, cloud infrastructure and reliability engineering to improve performance and resilience in a modern Azure environment.

You will partner with engineering and architecture teams to embed SRE practices, enhance observability and automation, and help shape reliability standards across a mission-critical healthcare platform used worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps or Software Engineering.
• Strong understanding of reliability, performance and scalability.
• Cloud experience, ideally Azure.
• Experience partnering with software engineering teams.
• Observability, monitoring and troubleshooting know-how.
• Hands-on, collaborative with stakeholders.

The Opportunity

Merative is looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join a growing Platform Engineering function supporting Micromedex, a globally recognised healthcare platform used by thousands of organisations worldwide.

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, cloud infrastructure and reliability engineering. You'll work closely with engineering and architecture teams to improve platform performance, scalability, observability and operational excellence across a modern Azure environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Improving platform reliability, scalability and availability
• Partnering with software engineering teams to embed SRE best practices
