Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is assisting a leading building contractor in Dublin to appoint a Site Engineer to join its project delivery team. You will work on large-scale commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments.

You will set out and survey on site, coordinate subcontractors and site activities, ensure works meet drawings and specifications, and support programme management while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous Site Engineer experience with a main contractor or developer.
• Strong technical and setting-out skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a project team.
• Knowledge of Irish construction standards and regulations is advantageous.

About your new role

As Site Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion. Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Team, you will be responsible for ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
