Job summary

Methodius Ltd seeks a ServiceNow Solution Consultant to blend deep platform expertise with consulting, design and customer advisory. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to shape future-state solutions and lead key workstreams, with a predominantly remote model and occasional client-site engagements in Ireland.

You’ll be responsible for workshops, solution design, and delivering scalable, end-to-end ServiceNow outcomes while mentoring others and staying ahead of platform developments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in ServiceNow professional services or similar customer-facing tech environment.
• Expertise in one or two ServiceNow products or workflows with relevant certifications.
• Consulting mindset: influence stakeholders and guide customers to long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops and translate business challenges into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design scalable, maintainable solutions aligned to best practices and objectives.
• Produce technical designs, user stories and delivery artefacts.
• Provide technical leadership across projects and delivery streams.
• Review configuration, integrations, testing and documentation to ensure quality.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximize customer value.
• Explore AI thinking and capabilities in workflows where appropriate.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants; stay ahead of ServiceNow developments.
