Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a technology organisation supporting enterprise customers with complex IT and digital solutions. You will design, develop, configure, and improve ServiceNow across CSM, ITSM, and SPM, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The role requires CSA certification, strong knowledge of CMDB, REST and IntegrationsHub, and the ability to work in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow development across CSM, ITSM, and SPM.
• Proficient in ServiceNow integrations using REST/IntegrationHub.
• Knowledge of CMDB and data integrity.
• CSA certification is required; CAD/CIS certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow across CSM, ITSM, SPM, CMDB, Knowledge, and IT Asset Management.
• Build and maintain scripts, workflows, Service Catalog items, SLAs, and UI components.
• Develop integrations using REST, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve platform performance.
• Support upgrades, patching, cloning, and platform administration.
• Ensure development follows ServiceNow, ITIL, governance, and coding best practices.
• Work within an Agile environment and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
