Job summary

Sogeti Ireland, part of the Capgemini Group, is seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that support key business processes. You will work with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions, while evolving our ServiceNow platform.

Requirements include 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, experience delivering implementations or enhancements, and ServiceNow certifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations, platform enhancements, or development projects.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are desirable.
• Third-level degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technology discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow enhancements and projects.
• Develop, test and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.
• Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve technical issues while monitoring and optimising platform performance, stability, and reliability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform by implementing best practices, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
