Job summary

Focus on SAP is recruiting a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant for a 6-month contract. The role is primarily remote with occasional in-office days, based in Dublin/UK. Start ASAP and involves configuration, optimisation and support of EC across HR data, security and workflows.

The ideal candidate has hands-on EC experience, expertise in Time Off and MDF, and a track record of end-to-end EC implementations. UK residency and right to work are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configurations and modules.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central Time Off and Absence Management.
• Experience with MDF Objects, Position Management, RBP, and Workflows.
• Data migration and HR data handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Time Off, MDF Objects, Position Management, Workflows, Business Rules and RBP.
• Lead business workshops translating HR requirements into EC configurations.
• Design and maintain MDF Objects, configuration UI, data models and provisioning settings.
• Configure Position Management, including synchronization, org charts and code generation.
• Develop workflows, alerts, rules, notifications and employee documentation.
• Manage Employee Central security and system access (RBP, roles, country criteria).
• Support Time Off, absence management and event reason derivation across HR processes.
