Methodius Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant in Dublin to join their team. The position focuses on integrating SAP SuccessFactors with various systems, requiring hands-on experience with SAP CPI.

Job description

Our client, a leading global technology and digital transformation organisation, is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant with hands on experience with CPI to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale HR transformation programmes, supporting the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with a range of business-critical systems across a global environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex SAP SuccessFactors integrations while collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Configure and extend standard SAP CPI iFlows to meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound interfaces between SuccessFactors and other cloud/on-premise applications.
• Define and implement custom iFlows, exception handling processes, local integrations, and sub-processes.
• Support Employee Lifecycle Management processes within a global organisation.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyse requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practices, system configuration, and process improvements.
• Support ongoing operations, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors bi-annual releases and advise stakeholders on new functionality and impacts.
• Contribute to integration design documentation, testing, deployment, and support activities.

Essential Skills & Experience

• SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) certification is required.
• Proven experience developing and supporting integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems.
• Strong experience with SuccessFactors APIs, including SOAP and OData services.
• Hands-on experience configuring and extending standard CPI iFlows.
• Experience designing and implementing custom iFlows, exception handling, and integration monitoring.
• Demonstrable experience delivering at least two SAP CPI integration projects.
• Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors modules within complex enterprise environments.
• At least one full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation or involvement in two SuccessFactors support engagements.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Certification in additional SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience conducting discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of JavaScript or other scripting languages used within SAP integration environments.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between SAP ERP and non-ERP systems.
• Exposure to global HR transformation programmes and enterprise-scale SAP landscapes.
