Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
• Minimum of 2–3 full lifecycle Employee Central implementations.
• Strong experience with Employee Central Time Off configuration.

• Lead workshops to gather business requirements.
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Manage Employee Central configuration including Business Rules and Workflows.
