Global Life Science Hub is recruiting an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager for a global pharmaceutical manufacturer undergoing significant operational and digital transformation. You will lead SAP project delivery, system enhancements and ongoing support across Ireland, the US and global sites.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive governance, manage testing and ensure regulatory compliance, including GxP and CSV, while translating business needs into SAP solutions.

Formación

• 10–15 years of SAP project delivery and support experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing SAP projects involving multiple functional modules.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Broad understanding of SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM and EWM.
• Experience managing global teams, offshore delivery models and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SAP project governance, business process management and change management.
• Experience managing system testing, release management and production support.

Responsabilidades

• Manage SAP S/4HANA projects, system enhancements, releases and production support activities.
• Lead project planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate SAP functional consultants, ABAP developers, BASIS administrators and integration teams.
• Work with business process owners to translate operational requirements into SAP solutions.
• Oversee project documentation, including user requirements, functional specifications, validation deliverables and testing documentation.
• Coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing and post-go-live support.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and external implementation partners.
• Ensure SAP activities comply with GxP, CSV, data integrity and change control requirements.
• Coordinate global SAP support activities across Ireland, India and the United States.

Global Life Science Hub is recruiting an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager on behalf of a global pharmaceutical manufacturer undergoing significant operational and digital transformation.

With the site expanding its commercial manufacturing capabilities and preparing for a major SAP S/4HANA rollout, we're looking for someone to lead SAP project delivery, system enhancements and ongoing support.

Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams across Ireland and the US, you'll oversee SAP initiatives spanning manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance and other business functions.

Responsibilities:
