RECRUITERS seeks a motivated SAP Integration Specialist to configure, integrate and develop SAP solutions across the business. You will work with teams spanning Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement and Order Management to optimise processes through SAP capabilities, including S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions.

Responsabilidades

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled SAP Integration Specialist to join the team and support the configuration, integration and ongoing development of SAP solutions across the business.

This is an opportunity to work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement and Order Management, helping to optimise business processes through effective SAP solutions.

The role covers a broad range of SAP functional areas, including SAP SD, FI/CO, MM, PP, WM, EWM and S/4HANA. Candidates do not need experience across every module; we are interested in individuals with strong hands‑on SAP experience in one or more relevant areas.

You will play an important role in supporting existing systems, implementing improvements, enhancing system integration and contributing to wider digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP solutions across core business processes, ensuring systems align with operational requirements.
• Support business functions including procurement, supplier management, production planning, manufacturing, logistics, inventory control, warehousing and order management.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective, scalable SAP solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, standardisation and the effective use of SAP functionality.
• Participate in system testing, validation and deployment of SAP enhancements and new functionality.
• Support integration between SAP and external systems, working alongside integration and infrastructure teams.
• Contribute to the review and optimisation of existing manufacturing, supply chain and order management systems, helping determine how these can be integrated with or transitioned to SAP S/4HANA and associated cloud solutions.
• Assist with SAP upgrades, migrations and digital transformation projects.
• Provide ongoing application management and production support, investigating issues and helping to maintain system performance.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, configuration guides and training materials.
• Ensure SAP solutions comply with internal IT standards, security requirements and relevant regulatory controls.
• Build a strong understanding of internal business processes and operational requirements to support the wider team effectively.

Skills and Experience Required

We are keen to hear from candidates with practical SAP configuration and support experience who are interested in contributing to business improvement and digital transformation.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Computing, Information Systems, Supply Chain or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience and relevant certifications.
• Hands‑on SAP experience, including configuration of at least one relevant module.
• A solid understanding of SAP functionality and business processes within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or order management.
• Experience supporting SAP integrations with other modules or external systems.
• An understanding of software testing, quality assurance and system validation, including the ability to support test planning and regression testing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate system issues and identify practical solutions.
• An understanding of SAP configuration principles and the ability to develop solutions that support system upgrades and cloud compatibility.
• The ability to learn new systems and business processes quickly and adapt to changing operational requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be beneficial:

• SAP SD: Sales and distribution, order management, pricing, billing and order‑to‑cash processes.
• SAP FI/CO: Financial accounting and controlling, particularly where integrated with supply chain, manufacturing or order management.
• SAP MM: Materials management, purchasing, procurement and inventory management.
• SAP PP: Production planning and manufacturing execution.
• SAP WM/EWM: Warehouse management, inventory movements and logistics execution.
• SAP S/4HANA: Functional configuration, system integration and extensibility.
