Job summary

ESB is seeking a SAP ERP Payroll & HR Functional Analyst to own and optimise the Payroll and HR landscape, ensuring design integrity and testing excellence. You will support Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Compensation Management across SAP platforms within a high‑performing team.

You will drive continuous improvement, system stability, and value realisation while aligning HR modules and broader SAP ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP functional expertise across Payroll and HR modules.
• Experience delivering end-to-end SAP lifecycle projects and changes.
• Experience with SAP Concur (Expenses & Travel) and SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior SME support for SAP ERP/ECC and SAP Cloud apps with focus on Payroll (UK & IE).
• Investigate and resolve business support calls.
• Lead configuration, testing, and enhancements with stakeholder engagement.
