Job summary

eir business talent is recruiting a Senior SAP Project Manager with extensive payroll and workforce transformation expertise in Ireland. The role covers the full delivery lifecycle from design through go-live and hypercare, with a focus on SAP Payroll delivery for a large workforce.

The ideal candidate will display leadership across multi-stream programs involving HR, Finance and Tech, and will manage vendors within governance and risk controls. Starting ASAP for a fixed-term engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP Payroll transformation programmes.
• Eight+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise transformations.
• Led end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations or major payroll transformations.
• Delivery across design, build, testing, parallel runs, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Managed multi-stream programmes with HR, Finance, Ops and Tech stakeholders.
• Experience with payroll in multi-company environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape delivery with sponsors and senior leaders to align with business outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle including design, build, testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Coordinate with SI/partners within governance and risk controls.
