Tandem Project Management Ltd. in Cork seeks a Senior SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Transition Specialist to support an SAP go-live. The role requires regular on-site travel to Munich during go-live and the stabilisation period, helping new SAP users maintain purchasing and payments as processes are adopted.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of SAP P2P experience, hands-on S/4HANA, and is fluent in English with German a plus. A strong collaboration across Procurement, Finance and IT is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5 years SAP P2P experience with hands-on SAP S/4HANA.
• Minimum 3 years supporting procurement in regulated life sciences / biopharma industries.

Responsabilités

• Create and amend SAP purchase requisitions and purchase orders; ensure completeness and procurement controls.
• Investigate blocked invoices and reconcile against supplier records; coordinate with Accounts Payable to clear backlogs.
• Be the primary on-site contact during cutover, go-live and stabilisation; troubleshoot issues and track actions.
• Monitor approval queues and guide users on delegation and approval limits.
• Coach users in English (and German where needed) on SAP navigation and processes.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and readiness across Procurement, Finance, AP, IT and business teams.
