Job summary

Jobtailor in Ireland seeks an experienced Release Manager to oversee SAP software releases and environment provisioning. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to minimise downtime and ensure smooth release cycles across development, testing, preprod, and production environments.

The role requires hands-on SAP tool experience (Solution Manager, TMS, CTS+), strong ITIL change management knowledge, and collaboration with security and stakeholder groups. On-site in Ireland is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in release management and environment provisioning within ERP/CRM/integration platforms (ideally SAP).
• Proven track record managing complex SAP landscapes and integrations with non-SAP systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP tools such as Solution Manager, TMS, CTS+, and environment management utilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimise downtime and risks.
• Oversee end-to-end SAP software release management and integrated systems.
• Plan, coordinate and execute SAP-centric software releases (patches, upgrades, custom developments).
• Implement and optimise release strategies using SAP tools and CI/CD frameworks.
• Ensure boundary systems are connected/emulated across release needs.
• Conduct release planning meetings and manage change requests.
