Job summary

NOVA BATH in Ireland is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our bathroom and kitchen design, supply, and fit business, driving sales, building a high-performing team and delivering outstanding customer experiences from consultation to project completion.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor the sales team, develop strategies to maximise revenue and profitability, monitor KPIs, and ensure installation meets the highest standards, with uncapped commission and leadership growth

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales management, ideally within kitchens, bathrooms, home improvements, interiors, construction, or a related industry.
• A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team that consistently exceeds sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new and existing sales consultants.
• Create a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Drive showroom and inbound sales while identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs, coaching, and regular reviews.
• Develop sales strategies that maximise revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from design consultation to installation.
• Work closely with the design, operations, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
• Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and action plans for senior management.
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach to selling and customer engagement.
