Waterford City Ford is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team! This is a key sales role within the dealership, suited to someone who knows how to sell, understands the importance of follow-up and takes pride in building strong customer relationships.We are looking for someone who is commercially focused, motivated by targets and wants the opportunity to earn well in a busy and established dealership.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing customers through the full vehicle sales process, from the initial enquiry through to handover.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Selling new and used vehicles.
• Managing showroom, telephone and online enquiries.
• Following up all leads and maximising sales opportunities.
• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right vehicle.
• Discussing and presenting finance and additional products where appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
• Delivering a professional and positive customer experience.
