• 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including leading sales teams in the retail arena.

Responsibilities

• Own a personal sales target every year and set the tone for high-performance.
• Lead, manage, coach and develop the sales team through regular one-to-one meetings and ongoing support.
• Create a high-performance, customer-focused culture that champions accountability and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new sales personnel where required.
• Develop and implement the annual sales plan with the CEO, Sales Director and Head of Finance.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical sales initiatives and ensure execution of campaigns.
• Prepare annual sales budget and develop sales forecasts by product category, customer segment and territory.
• Monitor monthly sales performance against budget and manage gross margin in line with revenue targets.
• Lead weekly sales reviews, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability across the team.
• Oversee CRM implementation and optimisation for forecasting and pipeline visibility.
