Pivotal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Dublin to support two Dublin locations in a permanent, full-time role. The position focuses on leadership, driving sales, merchandising, and customer service in a fast-paced retail or food and beverage setting.

You will assist the store manager, train staff, maintain inventory, and ensure consistent marketing execution across locations. A hands-on leader who can motivate teams and deliver strong in-store experiences is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail/FOOD & BEV environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager to meet sales targets.
• Ensure marketing and visual presentation are consistently executed.
• Set up displays and merchandise on promo displays.
• Train staff on product knowledge and customer service.
• Maintain inventory controls and report concerns.
• Ensure end-of-day procedures are followed.
• Communicate with other departments.
